Youth Connections
With the implementation of the Workforce Investment Act and on-going development of the Tulare County Youth Council, partners have increasingly looked towards activities and services that leverage school and workplace skill development for all youth. The Youth Connections project provides resources to help community-based and school-based training programs implement coordinated service strategies to help youth meet the demands of 21st century careers.
Project partners include the Tulare County Workforce Investment Board Youth Council.
